Patrícia Mučka Pevala studied at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University where she obtained her Master’s Degree and her Doctoral Degree (JUDr; Doctor of Law). Currently, she is postragudal student at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University and she also works as an assistant judge in the administrative department on Regional court in Ostrava-Olomouc. Patrícia further teaches at the Department of Law at the University of business and law in Ostrava as an external lecturer where she focuses on teaching administrative law.

During the master´s study she participated in international conferences in Turkey, Spain and Polland. Patrícia is also a member of the Global Alliance for Justice Education. At Faculty of law she leads the lessons Street law programme dealing with primary school teaching.
